用Cox模型分析狂犬病潜伏期影响因素

用Ｃｏｘ回归模型分析９０例狂犬病病例资料，单因素分析结果与国内有关报道基本一致．但用多因素回归分析，控制了因素之间的混杂作用之后显示，注射狂犬病疫苗，伤口部位和患者年龄是狂犬病潜伏期的影响因素。其相对危险度分别为７．００５１、２．１７７０和０．９８７９。

Study on Factors Influencing Rabies Incubation-period with Cox Model

The data of 90 cases of Rabies was analysed with Cox model.Thee results of Cox single-regression model were similar to the results reported by other authors,but controlling the bias between factors with Cox multi-regression model,the results showed that only three factors,the inpction of rabies vaccine,the site of wound and the age of patients were the relative risk factors for Rabies incubation-period,RR value were 7.01,2.18 and 0.99 respectively.
