摘    要:在氟离子和砷离子对大型水蚤的单一毒性实验基础上,用不同浓度配比法研究氟和砷对大型水蚤的联合毒性作用,并用毒性单位分析法和相加指数法对其联合毒性进行了评价。结果表明,氟和砷对大型水蚤的急性联合毒性具有小于相加作用或拮抗作用,木同浓度配比作用程度不同,浓度10:1(F:As)时拮抗作用最大。

Study on Combined Toxicity Fluoride and Arsenate on Aquatic Environment Using water Flea Dephnia Magna

Abstract:The pint toxicity of fluoride and anenate to Daphnia magna mixtured at different concentration ratios were studied,based on the individual toxicity tests of each ions.The toxic unit analysis method and additive index approach were used to evaluate the joint action.The results showed that the acute combined toxicity of fluoride and arsenate to daphnia magna was less than additive or antagonism.The action degree varied with concentration ratios of fluorlde and arsenate,and the strongest antagonism happened When the two mixtured at 10:1 ratio.
