中药大黄电化学指纹图谱研究

摘    要:目的:利用BZ化学振荡技术研究大黄电化学指纹图谱。方法:以H2SO4—KBrO3-MnSO4-CH3COCH3为化学振荡反应体系,应用电化学工作站记录振荡体系中的电位(E)随时间(t)的变化.即获得中药大黄电化学指纹图谱。结果:大黄与山大黄电化学指纹图谱的诱波形、振荡波形及其特征参数均存在明显差异。结论:应用该方法可以简便、快速、直观地对大黄与山大黄进行区别鉴定。

Electrochemical fingerprints for traditional Chinese medicine Rhubarb

Abstract:Objective:To identify Rhubarb and Rheum Rhaponticum by B--Z oscillating chemical reaction. Method : Oscillating chemical reaction was studied in the system of HzSO4- KBrO3- MnSO4- CH3COCH3 and the electrochemical workstation was used to record the changes of the electrochemical potential (E) of oscillation system with time (t). Results:There were significant differences in induction curve, oscillation curve and characteristic parameters of electrochemical fingerprints between Rhubarb and Rheum Rhaponticum. Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine can be identified by electrochemical fingerprints simple, fast and intuitively.
