| 摘 要： | 目的 研究氟比洛芬口崩片在兔体内的药代动力学特征.方法 6只受试兔随机分成2组:单剂量交叉口服氟比洛芬口崩片1片(50 mg/片)和普通片1片(50 mg/片),于一定时间采集血样,用高效液相色谱法测定24 h内的血浆药物浓度.采用DAS2.0软件对有关参数进行方差分析.结果 氟比洛芬口崩片和普通片T_(1/2)(h)分别为(7.072±1.102)和(6.338±1.913),C_(max)(μg/ml)分别为(11.473±0.542)和(11.558±0.437),T_(max)(h)分别为(0.292±0.102)和(0.917±0.129),auc(0-t)(μg/ml·h)分别为(77.441±10.677)和(76.741±11.890),AUC(0-∞)(μg/ml·h)分别为(84.836±12.588)和(83.305±16.980).氟比洛芬口崩片平均相对生物利用度为102.7%.结论 氟比洛芬口崩片与普通片具有生物学等效性.
