泌尿生殖道支原体感染及耐药性分析

摘    要:目的 了解我院解脲脲原体 (Uu)和人型支原体 (Mh)感染及耐药情况。方法 应用法国生物梅里埃公司试剂盒进行培养及药敏试验。结果  95 7例泌尿生殖道感染病例 ,支原体培养阳性 35 7例 ,总感染率37.33%。其中Uu单独阳性 2 4 0例 (6 7.2 % ) ,Mh单独阳性 16例 (4 .5 % ) ,Uu、Mh混合感染 10 1例 (2 8.3% )。Uu对强力霉素、交沙霉素、红霉素、四环素、原始霉素、氧氟沙星的耐药率分别为 7.6 %、2 .1%、2 9.3%、10 .0 %、4 .7%、5 2 .5 % ;Mh对上述药物的耐药率是 :9.4 %、3.4 %、6 3.2 %、15 .4 %、13.7%、6 5 .0 %。结论 泌尿生殖道支原体感染主要是Uu ,显著高于Mh。Uu和Mh对交沙霉素的耐药率最低 ,对氧氟沙星的耐药率最高。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the infection and antimicrobial susceptibility of Ureaplasma uralyticum (Uu) and Mycoplasma hominis (Mh). Methods Mycoplasma IST kit of Bio-Merieux company was used to culture and test the animicrobial susceptibility. Results In 957 patients with urinogenital infection mycoplasma, 357 cases were mycoplasma positive, 240 cases were only infected by Uu, 16 cases were only infected by Mh, and 101 cases were mixed infection.The total infection ratio was 37.3%. The antimicrobial susceptibility of Uu to doxycycline, josamycine, erythromycine, tetracyciline, pristinamycine and ofloxacine was 7.6%,2.1%,29.3%,10.0%,4.7% and 52.5% respectively; and the antimicrobial susceptibility of Mh was 9.4%,3.4%,63.2%,15.4%,13.7% and 65.0% respectively. Conclusions In urinogenital mycoplasma infection the positive rate of Uu is higher than that of Mh.Josamycine shows the lowest susceptibility and the ofloxacine shows the highest for both Uu and Mh.
