医学生心理健康及其影响因素

目的 探讨医科大学生心理健康状况及其影响因素。方法 用整群抽样的方法抽取515名医学院大学生，使用自制一般情况调查表、艾森克个性问卷（EPQ）和症状自评量表（SCL-90）进行测试与评定。结果 515份有效问卷中，SCL-90总分≥160分189人，占总数的36．70％，因子分≥2．5分人数占总数前3位的因子分别是强迫、人际敏感、抑郁。农村学生比城市学生、贫困生比非贫困生有更多心理问题。1、3年级之间和2、3年级之间在SCL-90评分上有差异。被试者母亲受教育程度与被试心理问题呈负相关。内向和SCL-90呈负相关，精神质与SCL-90呈正相关。结论 医学生心理健康状况与多种因素有关，应进行有针对性的健康教育。

Mental Health of Medical Undergraduates and Influential Factors

Objective To investigate the mental health of medical undergraduates and influential factors.Methods 515 medical undergraduates were drawn with cluster sampling,and assessed with SCL-90,EPQ,self-made general questionnaire.Results 36.70% of the students got the score higher than 160.Compare to students from rural area,students from city have less mental problems.The culture degree of subject's mother has a negative correlation with SCL-90.Introverts have a negative correlation with SCL-90.Mental status have a positive correlation with SCL-90.Conclusion The mental health status of medical students is concerned with multipal factors.The health education need to be more directly.
