苗药黑骨藤药材的显微结构研究

摘    要:目的研究苗药黑骨藤原植物药用部分的显微结构。方法采用石蜡制片和表皮离析方法。结果3种植物的茎均由表皮、皮层和维管柱组成,种间差异不大。维管束为无限双韧维管束类型。叶的结构基本相同,叶柄形态、表皮细胞和气孔器的大小及密度具种间差异。上表皮均无气孔器,表皮细胞垂周壁平直;下表皮的表皮细胞垂周壁波浪状,气孔器为平列型。结论显微结构特征在黑骨藤药材的鉴定中具有重要的参考价值。

Abstract:Objective To study the microstructure of original plant of ethno-medicine “Heiguteng”. Methods Paraffin and epidermis isolation methods were used. Results Stems were composed of epidermis, cortex and vascular cylinder in three original plants, and their interspecific difference was not obvious. The type of vascular bundle was open bicollateral vascular bundle. Leaves' structure was the same basically. The interspecific difference existed in petiole shape, size and density of pidermis cell and stomata. The above epidermis of blade went without stoma, and pidermis cell wall was straight. The under epidermis of blade had stomata, the type of stoma was paracytic type, and pidermis cell wall was wavy. Conclusion The obtained microstructure characteristics are important for Heiguteng identification.
