丹参对肺结核患者血中内皮素-1和一氧化氮的影响

摘    要:[目的]观察丹参对肺结核患者血中内皮素-1(ET-1)和一氧化氮(NO)的影响。[方法]肺结核患者60例,随机分为两组,治疗组予常规抗结核加用丹参治疗,对照组仅为常规抗结核治疗。治疗前、后分别检测其血浆ET-1和血清NO水平。同时于治疗前后行痰抗酸杆菌检测以观察痰菌转阴的疗效。[结果]治疗后两组血中ET-1和NO水平均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.01),但治疗组下降程度更显著(P<0.05),治疗组的痰菌转阴率亦优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]丹参能降低肺结核患者血中ET-1和NO水平,提高抗结核治疗的痰菌转阴率,从而提高抗结核疗效。

Abstract:[Objective]To observe the effects of salvia miltiorrhiza on alteration of ET-1 and NO in patients with tuberculosis.[Methods]60 patients with tuberculosis were randomly divided into the treatment group assigned to conventional treatment in combination with salvia miltiorrhiza,and the control group assigned to salvia miltiorrhiza.Measuring the level of ET-1 and NO,and detecting the number of acid-fast bacillus(AFB) in sputum specimen were carried out at the beginning and end of treatment course.[Results]The level of ET-1 and NO showed a decrease in both groups(P<0.05),but in the treatment group the decrease was more significant(P<0.05).Reduction of AFB in sputum specimen in the treatment group was larger than that in the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]It is suggested that Salvia miltiorrhiza could be considered as an adjuvant in treatment for tuberculosis.
