带筋膜血管蒂桡骨骨膜骨瓣移植治疗陈旧性舟骨骨折

目的探讨带筋膜桡动脉茎突返支蒂桡骨骨膜骨瓣移植治疗陈旧性腕舟状骨骨折的临床疗效。方法切开复位，采取桡骨茎突切除加用带筋膜血管蒂骨膜骨瓣移植治疗陈旧性腕舟骨骨折15例，术后进行5～16个月随访。结果临床用骨瓣治疗舟骨骨折15例，骨瓣血供丰富，术后10～12周愈合，腕关节功能恢复正常。结论带筋膜血管蒂桡骨骨膜骨瓣是移植治疗陈旧性腕舟骨骨折及骨不连的一种可靠的方法。

Grafting of radius periosteum flap pedicled with fascia and vessel in treatment of old scaphoid fracture

Objective To investigate the grafting of radial periosteum flap pedicled with fascia and styloid backward branch of radial artery to treat old scaphoid fracture in clinic. Methods 15 cases of old scaphoid fracture were treated with open reduction,resection of the styloid process and bone flap grafting. They were followed up for 5 to 16 months. Results All the grafted bone flap in the 15 cases healed,with abundant blood supply. The callus grew quickly after operation; the excellent function of the radiocarpal joint was restored 10 to 12 weeks postoperatively. Conclusions Since the operation results in little lesion to the donor part and abundant blood supply, and the surgical procedure is easy to manipulate,the grafting of the radius periosteum bone flap pedicled with fascia and styloid backward branch of radial artery is a reliable method to treat old fracture of scaphoid bone.
