上海、沈阳两地食用植物油卫生指标的调查

[目的 ]　为修订我国食用植物油卫生标准提供依据。　 [方法 ]　对食用植物油生产和消费现状进行调查 ,将现行食用植物油卫生标准与国际法典委员会 (CAC)标准进行比较 ,并对 1999～ 2 0 0 1年上海、沈阳两地食用植物油产品检测结果进行分析 ,提出修订我国现行食用植物油卫生标准的建议。　 [结果 ]　我国现行食用植物油卫生标准分别适用于三种食用植物油品种 ,且项目指标设置不全。　 [结论 ]　建议对我国现行食用植物油卫生标准进行合并 ,对过氧化值、酸价、铅、砷等指标值进行调整 ,并增加农药残留、标识等项目指标

Investigation on hygienic indicator of edible vegetable oil in Shanghai and Shenyang

[Objective] To provide a scientific base for revising the hygienic standard of edible vegetable oil in our country. [Methods] The proposal of revising the hygienic standard of edible vegetable oil were put forward on the basis of the investigation of the production and consume about edible vegetable oil , the comparison between the hygienic standard of edible vegetable oil in operation in our country and the standard of Codex Alimentarius Commission (CAC),as well as the analysis of the data obtained from the supervision inspecting during the period between 1999 and 2001 in Shanghai and Shenyang. [Results] The hygienic standards of edible vegetable oil in operation in our country were suitable for three different varieties respectively, and the setting of hygienic indicators were incomplete. [Conclusion] The hygienic standard of edible vegetable oil should be amalgamated, besides, the acid value, peroxid value, lead and arsenic indicators should be adjusted. On the other hand, the maximum residue limits for pesticides and label should be appended.
