薄角膜瓣下准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术治疗高度近视疗效观察

目的评价薄角膜瓣下准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术（LASIK）治疗高度近视的疗效。方法对82例（145眼）薄角膜高度近视患者采用薄角膜瓣LASIK治疗，随访6个月，观察术前、术后患者视力、屈光度等的变化。结果薄角膜瓣下LASIK术后反应轻，术后第1天患者裸眼视力均明显提高。术后6个月裸眼视力在1．0以上者112眼，占77．2％；0．5～0．8者29眼，占20．0％；小于0．5者4眼，占2．8％。屈光度数稳定在±1．0D以下者118眼（81．4％）。术中、术后未发生严重并发症，并发症主要为角膜瓣细微皱褶。结论薄角膜瓣下LASIK治疗高度近视眼的安全性及疗效均较高。

Curative Effect Observation for Thin-flap LASIK in Treatment of High Myopia

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy and safety of thin-flap Laser in situ keratomileusis（LASIK） for the t.reatment of high myopia. Methods 145 eyes of 82 patients with high myopia and thin cornea wer,e treated with thin-flap LASIK and followed up for at least 6 months,observed the changes of patients＇ visual and refraction between preoperative and postoperative. Results Postoperative re：action was mild in thin-flap LASIK patients. At the first day, the uncorrected visual acuity was markedly improved. At 6 months postoperatively there were 112 eyes （77.2%） of UCVA above 1.0,29 eyes （20.0%） of UCVA between 0.5 and 0.8, 4 eyes （2.8%）of UCVA blow 0.5, and 118 eyes （81.4%） were within＋ 1.0 D of ametropia. There was not severe complications that implicate the BSCVA occurred in-operation and postoperatively. The main complication in thin-flap LASIK was corneal flap striae. Conclusion Thin-flap LASIK is a more effective and security method for the treatment of high myopia.
