摘    要:目的探讨营养风险筛查2002(nutritional risk screening 2002,NRS2002)方法在肿瘤患者中的应用情况,探讨营养风险筛查结果与肿瘤相关因素的关系。方法用NRS2002表对肿瘤科1~3个月的100例入院患者进行调查,比较肿瘤的发生部位和临床分期对营养风险的影响,研究营养风险筛查和客观营养指标之间的关系。结果肿瘤的发生部位和临床分期对营养风险评价具有显著的统计学意义(P〈0.05),营养风险评价结果与营养指标中的血清前白蛋白(pre-albumin,PAB)呈明显的负相关(P〈0.01)。结论 NRS2002不仅可以反映肿瘤不同发生部位和临床分期对患者营养状况的影响,且与血清前白蛋白具有较好的一致性,能够反映肿瘤患者近期急性的营养变化情况,且操作简便,用NRS2002来预测肿瘤患者营养风险值得进一步推广。

Abstract:Objective To explore me application of nutrition risk screening 2002(NRS2002)tool in tumor patients,and to study the relationship between nutrition risk scores and tumor relative factors. Methods The nutrition risks in 100 tumor patients were investigated by nutrition risk screening tool 2002(NRS2002),and the influence of different occurrence sites and clinical tumor type on nutrition risks were compared.The relationships between NRS2002 scores and nutrition indicators were studied. Results Nutrition risk screening scores were obviously changed by occurrence sites and clinical types of tumor(P0.05),there was negative correlation between NRS2002 score and blood prealbumin (P0.01).Conclusion Nutrition risk screening tool not only can reflect the influence of occurrence sites and clinical types,but also can reflect the acute change of nutrition condition,and has concordance with blood pre-albumin.NRS2002 has many advantages and should be widely used to predict the nutrition risks of tumor patients.
