卵巢上皮癌血管内皮生长因子C、血小板内皮细胞粘附分子表达及其微血管密度的临床意义

摘    要:目的 观察血管内皮生长因子C(VEGF-C)及血小板内皮细胞粘附分子(CD31)的表达在卵巢上皮性肿瘤血管形成中的作用,并计数微血管密度(MVD),以探讨对卵巢性上皮癌预后的影响.方法 采用免疫组织化学方法检测VEGF-C和CD31在卵巢上皮癌组织中的表达.结果 (1)VEGF-C表达:卵巢癌阳性率为67.5%(27/40).(2)CD31及MVD表达:卵巢癌为高表达(25.36±9.23).MVD在有淋巴结转移者大于无转移者(P<0.05),在临床分期高的病例(Ⅲ、Ⅳ期)明显高于低的病例(Ⅰ、Ⅱ期),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).在发病年龄、组织学类型之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).(3)VEGF-C和MVD在有转移者明显高于无转移者.结论 VEGF-C、CD31的表达及MVD与卵巢癌的转移及临床分期、病理分型有关,与患者的年龄无关.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression of VEGF-C,CD31 and MVD,in human ovarian epithelial carcinoma tissues,development and metastasis of epithelial ovarian carcinoma by observing their expression and analyzing their correlation.Methods 40 samples of ovarian epithelial carcinoma tissues and 20 samples normal ovary tissues were selected from 2004 to 2005 in the third affiliated hospital of Harbin Medical University,as well as 20 cases of normal ovarian tissues samples as control using immunohisrochemical staining assay,we analyzed the expression of VEGF-C,MVD detected by CD31.The relationship of these three factors with patients age tumor stage,differentiation,pathohistological type,were analyzed.Results 67.5%(27/40)had high expression of VEGF-C,15%(3/14)had low espression.The survival of patients with high VEGF-C expression was significantly worse than that of patients with low and negative expression.Conclusion VEGF-C and CD31 may play an important role in the occurrence and development of epithelial ovarian tumors,while MVD maybe associated with the ivasion and metastasis of carcinoma.The detection of VEGF-C combined with CD31 and MVD can objectively reflect the biological behavior of epithelial ovarian tumor.
