慢性肺源性心脏病患者血浆丙二醛及红细胞超氧化物歧化酶的变化

摘    要:测定22例慢性肺源性心脏病患者血浆丙二醛含量及红细胞超氧化物歧化酶活性。结果发现,急性加重期患者与正常比较MDA明显增高,而SOD明显降低。给急性加重期病人吸氧、抗炎对症治疗14d后,临床缓解期与性重比较MDA明显降低,SOD有所增高。

Abstract:The serum level of MDA and the activity of erythrocytic SOD were measured in21 patients suffering from chronic pulmonary heart diseases. The results showed that the serumlevel of MAD was obviously higher(P<0. 05)and the activity of erythrocytic SOD was(P<0.01) during the acutely aggravating period(AAP) than usual. After 2-week heteropathyof oxygen inhalation and anti-inflammation, MDA was evidently lower(P<0.05) while SODwas relevantly higher during the clinically relaxing period than during the acutely aggra vatingone. This indicated that oxygen-free rad ical might have participated in the pathophysiologiccourse during AAP of chronic pulmonary heart patients.
