中西医结合治疗颈椎间盘突出症的临床观察

目的：观察中西医结合治疗颈椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法：150例颈椎间盘突出症患者经过针灸、推拿、牵引等保守治疗效果不佳者。随机分为胶原酶组（A组）和胶原酶＋颈复康组（B组）各75例。A组颈硬膜外腔注射胶原酶；B组颈硬膜外腔注射胶原酶结合中药颈复康。观察治疗后近期和远期临床效果评定。结果：A、B2组半年、1年、5年疗效优良率分别为58．66％、81．33％、90．66％和82．66％、88％、92％。两组半年疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；两组1年、5年疗效比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：中西医结合治疗颈椎间盘突出症能提高患者近期疗效。

Clinical Observation of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Treating Cervical Disc Herniation

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of herniation of cervical disc treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine. Methods： All 150 patients with herniation of cervical disc whom were ever given acupuncture, massage, traction and other conservative treatment but had no remarkable relief, were randomly divided into two groups： Group A （collagenase was injected at cervical epidural） and Group B （integrated collagenase injection and Jingfukang Keli）. The clinical effects of two groups were observe and evaluated in the short-term and long-term. Results：The excellent and fine rate in group A and group 13 at the first half of the year, 1 years, 5 years was respectively 58. 66~/~0, 81.33%, 90. 66%, 82.66%, 88.00%, and 92.00%. There was statistical significance of efficacy between two groups at 6 months （P〈 0.01） ; there had no significant differences of efficacy between two groups at 1 years, 5 years （P〉0.05）. Conclusion：The traditional Chinese combined with Western medicine can improve curative effect on the patients with herniation of cervical disc in the short-term.
