基于“三脏一体”辨证理论治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效分析

目的：基于“三脏一体”辨证理论，探讨膝三脏汤治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法：将60例膝骨性关节炎患者按随机数字表法分为2组，治疗组采用膝三脏汤内服治疗，对照组采用单味吲哚美辛片（消炎痛）口服治疗，2周后对两组患者治疗结果进行评定，评定内容包括：a、目测类比疼痛程度评分法（VAS）评定；b、膝关节功能评定量表评定；C、临床疗效评定；d、停止治疗1个月复发率评估。结果：a、治疗1个疗程后，两组在缓解膝关节疼痛、改善膝关节功能、临床疗效等比较差异有统计学意义，治疗组优于对照组（P〈0．05）；b、停止治疗1个月，治疗组复发率低，与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：膝三脏汤内服治疗膝骨性关节炎较单味吲哚美辛片（消炎痛）口服效果好，复发率低。

Effect of Syndrome Differentiation in Treating Knee Osteoarthritis Based on the Theory of Three-zang Integration

Objective：To discuss the effect of syndrome differentiation in treating knee osteoarthritis based on the theory of Three-zang integration. Methods：Sixty patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in treatment group were given oral decoction of knee Three-zang Soup while patients in control group were treated with indometacin tablets for two weeks. The results were evaluated according to VAS, knee functional assessment, curative effect and recurrence rate one month after the treatment. Results：Treatment group had more significant improvements than control group in VAS, knee functional assessment, curative effect （P〈0.05）, and lower recurrence rate （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Knee Three-zang Soup is better than indometacin tablets in treating knee osteoarthritis with satisfactory effect and lower recurrence rate.
