滋阴补肾对绝经后膝骨关节炎雌激素和C-反应蛋白表达的影响

目的：探讨滋阴补肾法对绝经后膝骨关节炎雌二醇（E2）和c-反应蛋白（CRP）表达的影响。方法：2012年2月-2013年3月在我院门诊就诊的86例绝经后膝骨关节炎患者随机分为滋阴补肾组（A组）、盐酸氨基葡萄糖组（B组）各43例。检测两组治疗前后雌二醇（E2）和c-反应蛋白（CRP）水平。结果：A组治疗后2、6周雌二醇（E2）和C-反应蛋白（CRP）表达改善明显优于B组（P〈0．05）；A组在治疗后2、6周其膝关节评分和视觉模拟评分明显优于B组（P〈0．05）。结论：滋阴补肾法能有效改善绝经后膝骨关节的症状，可能通过调节雌二醇（E2）和C-反应蛋白（CRP）水平，实现改善关节软骨功能和减轻滑膜炎症的目的。

Effect of Ziyin Bushen Formula on Estradiol and C-reactive Protein in Patients with Postmenopausal Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective.. To explore the effect of Ziyin Bushen Formula on estradiol and C-reactive protein in patients with post- menopausal knee osteoarthritis. Methods.. Eighty-six patients with postmenopausal knee osteoarthritis who were collected from clinic from February 2012 to March 2013 were randomly divided into group A （43 cases） and group B （43 cases） who respectively took Ziyin Bushen Formula and glucosamine hydrochloride capsules. The levels of estradiol and C-reactive protein before and after treatment were recorded. Results：Group A had more significant improvements than Group B on the levels of estradiol, C-reactive protein and score of JOA and VAS （P〈0.05） at the 2nd and the 6th week. Conclusion：Ziyin Bushen Formula could improve symptom and function of knee osteoarthritis via regulating the expression of estradiol and C- reactive protein.
