塑形纸质支架夹板的生物力学测试与分析

摘    要:目的:对塑彤纸质支架夹板进行生物力学性能测试,为临床应用和规范化生产提供可靠依据。方法:以传统柳木夹板作为对照,测量塑形纸质支架夹板和柳木夹板承载弯曲负荷下对应的挠度位移D1,及其在撤去对应外力后回纳的残余位移D2。对两种不同复合比例的塑形纸质夹板进行抗弯性能测试和抗压性能测试。结果:1、在刚度方面,塑形纸质支架夹板明显优于柳木夹板,在弹性方面,两者比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.222,t=1.325)。2、抗弯测试:①弯曲强度极限及弯曲强度,纸质铅丝大夹板均显著优于纸质铅丝小夹板(P〈0.001);②挠度,纸质铅丝大夹板显著小于纸质铅丝小夹板(P〈0.001);③弯曲弹性模量,纸质铅丝大夹板显著大于纸质铅丝小夹板(P〈0.001)。3、抗压测试:纸质铅丝大夹板的压缩最大变形明显小于纸质铅丝小夹板(P〈0.001),而压缩强度极限与压缩强度两者比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.068,t=-1.939)。结论:塑形纸质支架夹板拥有稳定的材料性能,其中塑形纸质铅丝大夹板具有更好的力学稳定性,更适合作为规范化标准推广。

Abstract:Objective:To provide a reliable basis for clinical application and standardized production through testing biome- chanical performance of moulding paper splint. Methods: Take the willow splint as control group to the moulding paper splint. To test The deflection displacement D1 under bending load and the residual displacement D2 after revoking the rele- vant external force ,while both were measured between the two kind of splints. Two kind diffirent composite ratio moulding paper splints were tested by bending and compression mechanical analysis. Results: 1. The moulding paper splints were bet- ter than willow splints in stiffness(P~0.05), but there was no significant difference between them in elasticity(P = 0. 222, t= 1. 325). 2. Anti-bending test: (1)On the bending strength and it's maximum , moulding paper-iron wire splint(large) was significantly better than the small one (P〈0. 001) ;@The deflection of moulding paper-iron wire splint(large) was signifi cantly less than the small) one (P〈0. 001);@The bending elasticity modulus of moulding paper-iron wire splint(large) was significantly greater than the small one (P%0. 001). 3. In the compression deformation test, the largest deformation of moulding paper-iron wire splint(large) was significantly smaller than the small one(P〈0. 001), but there was no significant difference between them in the compression strength and it's maximum (P= 0. 068, t=-1. 939). Conclusion:The moulding paper splint has a stable material feature, and the large one is more suitable to be promoted as standardization than the small one because of it's better mechanical stability.
