| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨磁共振血管成像（ＭＲＡ）在肾透析旁路显示中的应用。材料与方法 １９例２０人次建立肾透析旁路患者经磁共振扫描。全部病例均采用二维时间飞跃法血管成像（２Ｄ－ＴＯＦ），９例采用二维相位对比法血管成像（２Ｄ－ＰＣ）。其中２例行ＤＳＡ检查。结果 １９例２０人次透析旁路ＭＲＡ２Ｄ－ＴＯＦ法均显示透析旁路全貌。静脉支不同程度狭窄５例，动静脉吻合部发现闭塞７例，狭窄１例，２Ｄ－ＰＣ技术９例均能显示透析旁

| Abstract: | Objective To study the application of MR angiography in displaying the access for hemodialysis.Materials and Methods MRA of 20 regions in 19 patients with vascular access for hemodialysis were performed. 2D TOF was adopted in all patients, while 2D PC in 9 patients. Two patients underwent conventional DSA.Results The entire access structure of 20 regions in 19 cases was well demonstrated on 2D TOF MRA. Stenosis of arteriovenous shunt was seen in 7 cases and occlusion in one. The arteries and veins of the access were clearly displayed on 2D PC MRA, but the shunt showed insufficiently. DSA confirmed the stenosis found on 2D TOF MRA in 2 cases.Conclusion 2D TOF MRA can well display all parts of the vascular access for hemodialysis and confirm the access failure. |
