小剂量纳洛酮对老年充血性心衰患者心功能的影响

目的:探讨小剂量纳洛酮对治疗老年充血性心衰患者心功能的影响。方法:55例老年充血性心衰患者随机分为治疗组28例和对照组27例,对照组采用常规心衰治疗,治疗组在常规心衰治疗基础上加用纳洛酮0.4 mg静脉注射,qd。2周后观察临床疗效及相关指标的变化。结果:治疗后治疗组临床疗效总有效率89.3%,对照组为77.8%,两组比较差异有极显著性(P<0.01)。两组患者治疗后与治疗前比较,左室收缩期末内径(LVSd)、左室舒张期末内径(LVDd)及氨基末端前脑钠肽(NT-proBNP)均下降,左室射血分数(LVEF)及6 min步行距离均升高,上述指标治疗组比对照组变化更明显,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:在常规心衰治疗基础上加用小剂量纳洛酮能显著改善老年充血性心衰患者的心功能,提高临床疗效。

Effect of low-dose naloxone on cardiac function in elderly patients with congestive heart failure

OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of low-dose naloxone on cardiac functions in elderly patients with congestive heart failure.METHODS 55 cases of elderly patients with congestive heart failure were randomly divided into treatment group(28 cases) and control group(27 cases).In the treatment group,the patients were treated with intravenous injection of naloxone 0.4 mg per day on the basis of conventional heart failure treatment,while in the control group only with conventional heart failure treatment.The clinical efficacy and changes of related indicators were observed after 2 weeks of treatment.RESULTS After being treated,the total clinical effective rate in the treatment group was 89.3%,and in control group was 77.8%,there was a significant difference(P<0.01).Comparing with after and before treatment in both group,LVSd,LVDd and NT-proBNP were decreased,while the LVEF and 6 min walking distance were increased,those changes of above indicators were more obvious than those in the control group,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Being treated with low-dose naloxone on the basis of conventional heart failure treatment in elderly patients with congestive heart failure,it could significantly improve the cardiac function and the clinical efficacy.
