综合护理干预对急性重症胰腺炎患者护理效果观察

目的：探讨氨溴索注射液联合阿奇霉素对小儿支原体肺炎疗效的影响.方法：选择支原体肺炎患儿120例,随机分为观察组与对照组各60例.对照组采用阿奇霉素进行序贯治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用氨溴索注射液联合治疗,观察两组临床效果.结果：观察组的治愈率明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）,观察组肺部症状、体征的消失时间与肺部炎症的吸收时间均短于对照组（P＜0.05）,两组不良反应无显著性差异（P＞0.05）.结论：氨溴索注射液联合阿奇霉素对小儿支原体肺炎疗效满意,值得临床推广应用.

Ambroxol hydrochloride injection combined with azithromycin on mycoplasma pneumonia curative effect analysis

Objective To investigate the ambroxol injection combined with azithromycin on myeoplasma pneumonia curative effect. Methods： 120 cases of mycoplasma pneumonia in children,were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 60 cases in each group. The control group with azithromycin for sequential therapy in the observation group, control group based on the use of ambroxol hydroehloride injection in treatment of two groups,observation of clinical effect. Result： the cure rate in observation group was significantly higher than that of control group （P〈0.05） ,the observation group lung signs disappear time and pulmonary inflammation absorption time is shorter than the control group （P〈0.05） ,adverse drug reactions in two groups had no significant difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： ambroxol injection combined with azithromycin on mycoplasma pneumonia curative effect,it is worthy of clinical application.
