阿替卡因与利多卡因辅助治疗急性智齿冠周炎的疗效比较

摘    要:目的:比较阿替卡因与利多卡因治疗急性智齿冠周炎的局部麻醉效果。方法:将急性智齿冠周炎患者160例按门诊顺序均分成阿替卡因组和利多卡因组,分别采用阿替卡因和利多卡因行冠周局部浸润麻醉,观察比较2组的麻醉效果、辅助治疗效果及不良反应情况。结果:阿替卡因组冠周冲洗时麻醉效果优于利多卡因组(P<0.01),24h后的治疗效果也优于利多卡因组(P<0.05);从整个疗程上看,阿替卡因组冠周炎的炎症控制用时少于利多卡因组(P<0.01);2组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:阿替卡因可作为急性智齿冠周炎冠周冲洗时局部浸润麻醉药,具有麻醉效果好,安全、可靠等优点,效果优于利多卡因。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To compare the local anesthetic effect of articaine and lidocaine for acute pericoronitis.METHODS:160 cases of acute wisdom pericoronitis were divided into articaine group and lidocaine group according to outpatient order with 80 cases in each group.They were given articaine and lidocaine for pericoronitis local infiltration anesthesia.Anesthetic effect and the effect of adjuvant therapy of 2 groups were observed and compared.RESULTS:Anesthetic effect of articaine group at pericoronitis washing was better than lidocaine group(P<0.01);Therapeutic efficacy of articaine group was better than lidocaine group after 24 h(P<0.05);From the point of view of entire treatment,pericoronitis inflammation control time of articaine group is shorter than that of lidocaine group(P<0.01);Adverse drug reactions was no significant difference(P>0.05).CONCLUSION:Articaine can be used for local infiltration anesthesia of acute pericoronitis washing.The anesthetic effect is good,safe,and reliable,better than lidocaine.
