中风回春胶囊辅助治疗慢性脑供血不足的临床观察

目的:观察中风回春胶囊辅助治疗慢性脑供血不足的临床疗效。方法:将90例慢性脑供血不足患者随机均分为治疗组和对照组,所有患者均给予常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予中风回春胶囊。治疗前后观察临床症状的变化及血液流变学、脑血流动力学指标变化和不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗组治疗10d临床症状均有所改善,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗30d后,治疗组总有效率(86.7%)优于对照组(60.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗30d后,治疗组患者血液流变学及脑血流动力学指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组均未见严重不良反应发生。结论:中风回春胶囊辅助治疗慢性脑供血不足可于短时间内起效,且安全性较好。

Clinical Observation of Zhongfeng Huichun Capsules in the Treatment of Chronic Cerebral Circulation Insufficiency

OBJECTIVE:To observe clinical efficacies of Zhongfeng huichun capsules in the treatment of chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency.METHODS:90 patients with chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency were randomized into treatment group and control group.The changes of clinical symptoms,hemorheology,cerebral hemodynamic and ADR were observed before and after treatment.All patients were given routine therapy.Treatment group was additionally given Zhongfeng huichun capsules.RESULTS:Clinical symptoms of treatment group were improved after 10 days of treatment,and compared with before treatment,there was significant difference(P<0.05).30 days later,the total effective rate of treatment group(86.7%)was better than control group(60.0%),there was significant difference(P<0.05).30 days later,clinical symptoms and blood flow of treatment group were improved significantly,compared with control group(P<0.05).There was no serious adverse drug reaction found in both groups.CONCLUSION:Zhongfeng huichun capsules are effective and safe in the treatment of chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency.
