小针刀治疗椎动脉型颈椎病眩晕的临床观察

摘    要:目的:探讨小针刀治疗椎动脉型颈椎病眩晕症的临床疗效和治疗机理。方法:将160例椎动脉型颈椎病眩晕症患者随机分为小针刀组(80例)和传统组(80例),小针刀组采用小针刀松解治疗,传统组采用常规体针进行操作,连续治疗两个疗程后两组进行疗效对比,并观察两组治疗前后症状积分的变化。结果:小针刀组总有效率95%,传统组为80%,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01),治疗后两组临床症状积分比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。结论:小针刀对椎动脉型颈椎病眩晕症疗效确切,优于常规针刺疗法。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the clinical therapeutic effect and mechanisms of small needle-knife for treating the vertigo caused by cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type.Methods:One hundred sixty cases were randomly divided into small needle-knife group and traditional group,80 cases in each group.The small needle-knife group was treated by small needle-knife releasing therapy.The traditional group was treated by common acupuncture.After two courses of treatment,observe the clinical effect between two groups,and clinical symptom score of both groups were observed before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate in small needle-knife group and traditional group were 95% and 80%,and there was a significant difference between groups(P<0.01).After treatment clinical symptom score in both groups had a significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion:Small needle-knife has a definite therapeutic effect on vertigo caused by cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type.Small needle-knife is superior to the common acupuncture.
