针刺百会穴为主的调督法治疗脑卒中后失眠症的临床研究

目的：分析2型糖尿病患者的护理及管理情况,寻找最适合的护理、管理方式.方法：选取我院2009年6月～2011年10月收治的110例2型糖尿病患者,随机分为观察组（60例）和对照组（50例）.观察组接受综合护理管理措施,对照组只接受普通护理.结果：观察组患者经系统性综合护理管理措施,出院时空腹血糖平均下降（2.21±0.49）mmol/L,餐后2h血糖平均下降（4.32±1.08）mmol/L,糖化血红蛋白〈8.0%为48例（80%）,与对照组相比以上指标下降程度均有显著性差异（P 〈0.05）,未出现新发糖尿病相关并发症.结论：通过给予糖尿病患者的系统护理管理措施,能够防止或延缓并发症的发生与发展,提高糖尿病患者的生活质量.

The analysis of nursing management to Diabetes

Objective：Analysis of patients witb type 2 diabetes care and management,to find the most suitable nursing,management mode. Methods：In our hospital from 2009 June to 2011 October,110 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes,were randomly divided into the observation group （60 cases） and control group （50 cases）. The observation group received comprehensive nursing management measures,the control group only accepted the common nursing. Results： The observation group treated with systemic comprehensive nursing management measures, when discharged fasting blood sugar drops on average （2.21±0.49） mmol / L,2h postprandial plasma glucose decreased （4.32 ± 1.08） mmol / L,HbAlc〈8% of 48 cases （80%） ,compared with the control group the above indexes were significantly decreased degree difference （P〈0.05） ,no new onset diabetes related complications. Concluslon：In patients with diabetes mellitus by giving systematic nursing management measures, to prevent or delay the onset of complications and development,improve the life quality of diabetes patients.
