血细胞分析仪网织红细胞测定在化疗患者中的应用

目的：观察PFNA治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效,并对其进行围术期护理干预.方法：60例股骨粗隆间骨折患者应用股骨近端防旋髓内钉（PFNA）进行治疗,随机分为干预组和对照组各30例,对照组随机予以对症护理,干预组予以围术期护理干预,比较两组的手术疗效及手术时间、术中出血量、术后骨折愈合时间、并发症以及患者的护理满意度.结果：与对照组比较,干预组的总有效率最高,且手术时间短、术中出血量少、骨折愈合快,未出现术后并发症,且护理满意度高.结论：PFNA治疗股骨粗隆间骨折具有较好的疗效,围术期予以有效的护理干预,能明显提高手术疗效,提高护理满意度.

PFNA in treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture and perioperative nursing intervention

Objective： To observe the PFNA treatment of intertrochanteric fractures,and their perioperative nursing care intervention. Methods： 2009--01/2011- 01 our hospital with intertrochanteric fractures in 60 patients, the application of proximal femoral intramedullary nail anti--rotation （PFNA） for treatment,were randomly divided into intervention and control groups of 30 cases, the control group were randomly be symptomatic care,the intervention group received perioperative nursing intervention,the two groups were compared surgery and surgical time,blood loss,postop- erative fracture healing time, complications, and patient care satisfaction. Result： Compared with control group,the intervention group have the high- est efficiency, and shorter operative time, less blood loss, fracture healing fast, no postoperative complications, and nursing satisfaction. Conclusion： t he PFNA the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures with good effect the perioperative be an effective nursing intervention can significantly improve the efficacy of surgery to improve nursing satisfaction.
