未规范治疗妊娠期高血压疾病对母儿的影响

目的 探讨未规范治疗的妊娠期高血压疾病对孕妇、围生儿的影响.方法 回顾性分析我院2006年5月～2012年5月患有妊娠期高血压疾病孕期未行系统治疗的产妇120例(A组)和妊娠期进行系统治疗的产妇120例(B组),另选同期住院的120例正常产妇作为对照(C组),对3组间孕妇及新生儿结局进行比较.结果 A组胎盘早剥、HELLP综合征、心衰、剖宫产率、新生儿窒息发生率、围产儿死亡率明显高于B组和C组(P＜0.01),B组和C组之间比较无显著差异(P＞0.05).结论 妊娠高血压疾病及其并发症严重危害母婴健康,尽早给予规范治疗可延缓或阻断妊娠期高血压疾病发展,是降低孕产妇及围产儿死亡率和改善母婴预后的有效措施.

The effect of untreated gestational hypertension on maternal and neonatal outcomes

Objective To evaluate the effect of untreated gestational hypertension on maternal and neonatal outcomes.Methods All the clinical cases treated in our hospital from May 2006 to May 2012 were divided into three group,the gtoup A(untreated gestational hypertension group,n=120),the group B(treated gestational hypertension group,n=120) and the group C(normal pregnancy group,n=120).Maternal and neonatal ourcomes were compared among three groups.Results The rate of preecampsia,cesarean section,preterm birth and macrosomia in the group A were all significantly higher than that in the group B and group C(P<0.01),but there wasn’t significant difference between the group B and the group C(P>0.05).Conclusion Gestational hypertention and its complications will harm the maternal and neonatal health.As soon as possible the regulate treatment can delay or block the development of hypertension disorder complicating pregnancy and reduce maternal and perinatal mortality and improve the prognosis.
