踝关节损伤中下胫腓分离的手术治疗

目的通过对24例伴有下胫腓联合分离的踝关节损伤患者治疗的临床资料回顾,探讨下胫腓分离的临床特点和治疗策略。方法选取24例伴有下胫腓联合分离的踝关节损伤患者进行切开复位,皮质骨螺钉固定治疗。并以患者主观感觉、功能检查、随访的X线片征象评定24例患者的治疗结果。结果随访时间6～15个月,平均11个月。本组优13例,良8例,可2例,差1例;总体优良率为87.5%。结论对于伴有下胫腓联合分离的踝关节损伤大的治疗,切开复位皮质骨螺钉固定,早期纠正下胫腓分离,是有效和安全的治疗方法。

Treatment of sprained ankle with rupture of distal tibiofibular joint syndesmosis

Objective To study the clinical characteristics and therapeutic strategy of rupture of distal tibiofibular joint syndesmosis by reviewing of 24 cases associated with treatment of sprained ankle with rupture of distal tibiofibular joint syndesmosis.Methods 24 cases of sprained ankle with rupture of distal tibiofibular joint syndesmosis have been treated by open reduction and screw fixation.All patients are followed up with image study subjective feeling and function test.Results All patients were followed up for 6 months-15 months（average 11 months）.In this group,13 cases have excellent curative effect,8 cases have good,2 cases have common,1 case has poor.Conclusion To the treatment of sprained ankle with rupture of distal tibiofibular joint syndesmosis,it is a safe and effective method that reestablishment the distal tibiofibular joint syndesmosis by open reduction and screw fixation
