高压氧疗对高海拔地区大鼠肺动脉压及血清血管紧张素转换酶的影响

摘    要:本实验利用移居高原的Wistar大鼠在采用常规高压氧治疗一疗程后,用入导生理记录仪浊体、动脉压、取血浊血清血管紧张素转换酶活性,发现治疗后肺动脉平均后有非常显著下降(P〈0.01);血清轿管紧张素转换酶活性显著增强(P〈0.05);提示高原地区运用高太氧疗对肺动脉高压有一定治疗作用;从血清血管紧张素转换酶活性变化中未有证实高夺氧对肺组织的损伤。

Abstract:he direct systemic and pulmonary artery pressrue and activity of serum angiotension convertingenzyme(ACE)in Wistar rats migrated into high altitude were separately measured before and after hy-perbatic oxygen exposure( HOE.The results showed that the mean pulmonary artery pressure dropped significantly(P<0. 01)and the activity of serum ACE rose significantly (p< 0.05)afterHOE. It was indicated that hyperbaric oxygen may show therapeutic effect on pulmonary hypertensionin human. The lung tissues did not show impairment due to active altering of ACE.
