| Abstract: | This article analyzes the current situation of training medical students at home,counters the features of the innovative talents,and proposes a training mode of the innovative talents in medical college.This model includes the knowledge structure with general education and professional education,the skills structure with the multi-level studing platform for undergraduates,a safeguard with the multi-dimensional management systems,and the campus culture full of innovative atmosphere. |
