自制祛腐生肌膏联合左氧氟沙星粉治疗压疮效果观察

目的:探讨不同的治疗方法对压疮的临床效果影响。方法:将46例患者随机分为实验组(n=22)和对照组(n=24),对照组给予常规疗法,实验组给予自制药膏联合左氧氟沙星疗法。观察两组的治疗效果。结果:实验组治愈率达到96.15%,对照组治愈率达到61.53%,实验组效果显著优于对照组(P0.05),另外两组在换药次数和愈合时间等方面也有显著性差异(P0.01).结论:对压疮患者给予自制的祛腐生肌膏联合左氧氟沙星治疗,收到了较好效果,值得在临床上应用和推广。

The effect observation on self-made ointment combined with levofloxacin treating for pressure sore

Objective：To investigate the different treatment methods for pressure sore patients.Methods：46 cases of patients were randomly divided into experimental group（n= 22） and control group（n= 24）,control group were given routine therapy,and experimental group were given the treatment of self-made ointment combined with levofloxacin.Results：The recovery rate of experimental group reached up to 89.28%,and of control group was 61.53%（P 0.05）.Changing frequency of medicine and healing time in two groups also have significant differences（P 0.01）.Conclusion：The ointment made by ourselves combined with levofloxacin given for pressure sore patients,can received the good clinical effect,and it deserved application and popularization in clinical work.
