慢性HBV感染者血清HBeAg、抗-HBe与HBV DNA含量的关系及临床意义

目的：探讨慢性HBV感染者血清HBeAg、抗－HBe与HBV DNA检测结果的关系及其临床意义。方法：对41例慢性乙肝与36例乙肝后肝硬化患者进行定量测定HBeAg、抗－HBe及HBV DNA量。结果：慢性乙肝与乙肝后肝硬化患者HBV DNA量无显著性差异（P＞0．05），而它们间的HBeAg及抗－HBe阳性率，抗－HBe量存在明显的差异（P＜0．05），肝硬化患者的抗－HBe较高；77例患者中HBeAg阳性组与抗－HBe阳性组间HBV DNA量无显著性差异（P＞0．05）。结论：HBV复制是否活跃不同类型慢性HBV感染病期无明显关系，慢性乙肝患者发生HBeAg向抗－HBe转化并非均提示病情好转，反而有可能是预示向肝硬化发展的一个前期的危险信号。

The relation and clinical meaning of serum HBeAg,HBeAb and HBV DNA levels in patients with chronic hepatitis B virus infection

Objective To explore the relation and clinical meaning of serum HBeAg,HBeAb and HBeAb and HBV DNA levels.Method which were detected in 41 patients with chronic hepatitis B(Group A) and 36 patients with liver cirrhosis(HBV infection Group B).Results There was no significant difference in HBV DNA levels between Group A and Group B(P>0.05).However,the positive rates of HBeAg,HBeAb and HBeAb levels were remarkable difference in both patients(P<0.05).HBeAg levels in Group B were higher.There was no significant difference in HBV DNA levels between the patients with serum positive HBeAg and positive HBeAb in all patients(P>0.05).Conclusions There was not remarkable relation between the patients who were in different infection phase and whether HBV DNA reproducing was in active phase.It will be not indicated that patients take a turn for the better when their HBeAg transform HBeAb.However,it may be a prediction that cirrhosis develop from chronic hepatitis.
