摘    要:目的:探讨应用二维电离室矩阵在加速器日常质量保证中的可行性。方法:使用二维电离室矩阵分别测量加速器的照射野与灯光野的重合性、等中心、照射野的对称性及平坦度、楔形板角度等。结果:加速器的照射野与灯光野的重合性、等中心、照射野的对称性及平坦度、楔形板角度等测量结果均在允许范围内,符合临床要求。结论:二维电离室矩阵可用于加速器日常质量保证的测量,是放疗设备日常质量控制的理想工具。

Abstract:Objective: To discuss the feasibility of two-dimensional ion chamber array in daily quality assurance of accelera- tor. Methods: Use two-dimensional ion chamber array to measure the overlaps and isocentre character of accelerator's radia- tion field and light field, the symmetry and flatness of radiation field, the wedge angle. Results: All the measure results were within bounds and satisfied the demand of clinical application. Conclusions: The two-dimensional ion chamber array can be used in measurement of daily quality assurance of accelerator. It is an ideal tool for daily quality controlment of radiotherapy equipment.
