| 摘 要： | 目的 :评价抗生素序贯疗法治疗小儿支气管肺炎的疗效及成本。方法 :将 6 0例抗生素治疗有效的病例随机分为口服药物组 2 0例 ,序贯疗法组 2 0例 ,静脉注射组 2 0例 ,根据疗效标准及治疗成本进行分析。结果 :静脉注射组总有效率 95 % ,序贯疗法组总有效率 95 % ,口服药物组总有效率 90 % ,按疗效与成本综合分析 ,以序贯疗法组最佳。结论 :抗生素序贯疗法治疗小儿支气管肺炎有重要的临床应用价值 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the effect and cost of sequential therapy of antibiotic in children with pneumonia.Methods:60 children were divided into three groups randomly: taking orally group, sequential therapy group, injection of vein group, explore the effects and costs of them.Results:The cure rates were all 95% in injection of vein group and sequential therapy group, but the costs were lower in sequential therapy group.Conclusion:Sequential therapy of antibiotic is effective to children pneumonia. |
