彰武县农村人群冠心病患病率及影响因素调查

目的 调查彰武县农村人群冠心病的患病现状，以确定该县是否为冠心病的高发区，并探讨其影响因素。方法 采用整群随机抽样的方法对≥15岁的人群5208人进行调查和相关项目体检，用统一制定的调查表调查相关的危险因素，采用SPSS10．0软件进行统计分析。结果 彰武县农村冠心病的标化患病率为3．8％，性别间无显著性差异；冠心病患病率随年龄增加而升高，各年龄组间有显著性差异；血压及血脂水平与冠心病发病明显相关。结论 彰武县农村为冠心病的高发地区；高血压和高脂血症，尤其高血压是该地区冠心病发病的主要危险因素。

Survey on prevalence rate and influencing factor of coronary heart disease in countryside of Zhangwu county

Objective To investigate the prevalence state of coronary heart disease(CHD)in the countryside of Zhangwu county,Liaoning province to confirm whether this county was the high prevalence region of CHD and figure out what factors may be related to the disease.Methods Five thousand,two hundred and eight people aged 15 or elder were sampled by means of whole population random sampling.Physical examination was made,ECG and blood pressure and so on were measured and the related risk factors were investigated with the uniform questionnaire.SPSS 10.0 of statistical software was used for data analysis.Results The standardized prevalence rate of CHD was 3.8% at this region,there was no difference between both male and female.The prevalence rates of CHD were increased with the increas of age.There were significant statistical difference in the prevalence rates of CHD between the different age groups.There was significant difference between blood pressure,lipid and CHD statistically.Conclusions The countryside of Zhangwu county was a high prevalence region of CHD.Hypertension and hyperlipemia,especially the former,may be the most important risk factors for CHD at this region.
