儿童头皮血肿骨化的外科治疗

目的 探讨儿童头皮血肿骨化的临床特点、治疗和预后.方法 采用回顾性分析的方法 ,对2000至2006年收治的8例儿童头皮血肿骨化的临床资料进行分析,对其发病特点,手术方式和预后进行比较.结果4例患儿出生时有难产史,1例有外伤史,3例生产史正常.8例患儿均行手术治疗,7例切除骨化组织,1例切除受压颅骨,保留骨化组织.8例患儿无术中术后并发症.结论 儿童头皮血肿骨化应以预防为主,如骨化形成,则尽早行颅骨整形手术,恢复颅骨正常形态,预防畸形颅骨对脑组织发育的影响.

Surgical treatment for children with ossified cephalhematoma

Objective To investigate clinical features, treatment and prognosis of ossified ceph-alhematoma in children. Methods The clinical data of 8 children with ossified cephalhematoma from 2000 to 2006 were retrospectively analyzed. The etiology, surgical procedures and prognosis were com-pared. Results Four cases had history of difficult labor, 1 had head trauma and the other 3 had normal delivery. Out of 8 cases, 7 underwent resection of ossified cephalhematoma, and 1 case underwent crani-aoplasty. No complications were noted. Conclusions Pediatric ossified cephalhematoma should be pre-vented before its formation. Otherwise, craniaoplasty should be performed as soon as possible to recon-struct the normal skull dome to prevent adverse effect on brain development.
