纳米敷料对各种创面治疗的临床疗效观察

目的 探讨纳米敷料对烧伤及其他慢性溃疡创面的治疗作用。方法 观察我院2000年4月～2001年5月使用安信纳米烧(烫)伤敷料治疗的各种伤口80例,其中Ⅱ度烧伤50例,各种慢性伤口30例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,观察使用前后伤口变化、愈合时间、分泌物细菌培养及不良反应。结果 应用安信纳米烧伤敷料能够更有效地控制创面分泌物渗出。浅Ⅱ度创面愈合时间为(9.6±2.5)天,对照组为(11.6±2.8)天,深Ⅱ度创面愈合时间为(14.6±3.5)天,对照组为(18.1±3.8)天;糖尿病溃疡创面愈合时间为(49.3±12.5)天,对照组为(61.6±17.8)天;其他慢性伤口创面愈合时间为(32.8±9.5)天,对照组为(42.6±11.7)天。两组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 安信纳米烧(烫)伤敷料在控制感染、促进愈合方面有良好疗效,且无明显不良反应,是治疗烧伤及其它慢性伤口的比较理想的敷料。

CLINICAL OBSERVATION OF THERAPEUTIC OF NANOMETER DRESSING ON DIFFERENT KINDS OF WOUND

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of nanometer dressing on burn and other chronic ulcer wounds. Methods Eighty patients with different wounds were treated in our hospital from April 2000 to May 2001. 50 cases were the second degree burn; the other 30 cases were chronic wounds. These patient were divided into two groups: the group 1 was treated with Anxin nanometer dressing for bums, and the matched control group was the group 2. Wound change, wound healing time, bacterial culture, wound secretion and side effects were observed. Result Nanometer dressings markedly decreased exudation of the wounds. The mean wound healing time of the superficial and deep second-degree burns of group 1 and group 2 was (9.6±2.5), (14.6±3.5) and (11.6±2.8), (18.1±3.8) days respectively. The mean wound healing time of group 1 and group 2 was (49.3±12.5) days and (61.6±17.8) days for diabetic ulcer; it was (32.8±9.5) days, and (42.6±11.7) days for other chronic wounds, respectively. There were significant differences in healing time between the groups 1 and 2 (P<0.05). Conclusion Nanometer dressing tins very good therapeutic effects in controlling wound infection and prompting wound healing without significant side effects and is more desirable dressing for burn and other chronic wounds.
