高龄孕妇健康教育中团体产前保健+线上孕妇学校的作用

摘    要:摘 要目的:分析团体产前保健+线上孕妇学校在高龄孕妇健康教育中的效果。 方法:选取 2020 年 2 月至 2022 年2月于萍乡市安源区妇幼保健院就诊的70例高龄孕妇,依照随机数字表法分为两组,各35例。对照组孕妇采用常规保健模式,观察组孕妇给予团体产前保健+线上孕妇学校模式,比较两组孕妇妊娠期及分娩期并发症发生情况、新生儿 Apgar 评分、孕期保健知识、自我保健管理、孕期生活质量。 结果:观察组孕妇妊娠期及分娩期并发症发生率均低于对照组,观察组新生儿 Apgar 评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.05);干预后,观察组孕妇孕期保健知识、自我保健管理各项评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.05);观察组孕妇孕期生活质量各项评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。 结论:团体产前保健+线上孕妇学校模式,可降低高龄孕妇妊娠并发症发生情况,提高孕期保健知识、自我保健管理能力与孕期生活质量,改善新生儿健康水平。

Abstract:Abstract〕 Objective To analyze the effect of group prenatal care + online pregnancy school in health education for elderly pregnant women. Methods From February 2020 to February 2022, 70 elderly pregnant women treated in the Pingxiang Anyuan Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method, with 35 cases in each group. Pregnant women in the control group were given routine health care mode, and pregnant women in the observation group were given group prenatal care + online pregnancy school mode. Complications during pregnancy and delivery, neonatal Apgar score, knowledge of pregnancy health, self-care management, and quality of life during pregnancy were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of complications during pregnancy and childbirth in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the Apgar score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). After intervention, the scores of pregnancy health care knowledge and self-care management in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The scores of quality of life during pregnancy in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Group prenatal care + online pregnancy women school mode can reduce the incidence of pregnancy complications in elderly pregnant women, improve pregnancy health knowledge, self-care management ability and quality of life during pregnancy, and improve newborn health.
