| 摘 要： | 总结了胆管空肠Ｒｏｕｘ－Ｙ吻合术后再次手术２３例资料，占同期此类手术７．５％。经手术证实再手术原因为肝胆管结石复发，前次手术病灶清除不彻底，吻合操作方法不当等。认为行胆管空肠Ｒｏｕｘ一Ｙ吻合术必须要做到“取尽结石，清除病灶，纠正狭窄，通畅引流”。并对有关的具体问题进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | he authors have used double-antibody-filling ELISA
method to detect tbe serum SIL- 2R in 30 cases of bepatobiliary system ma-lignant tumour, 30
cases of benign tumourand 30 cases of normal healthy individals. Theresults indicate that
those who suffer fromhepatobiliary systezn malignant tumour have aremarkable high level of
SIL - ZR comparedwith those of the other 2 groups. The authorshave also inade a preliminary
study on the fac-tors affecting the level of SIL 2R and itsclinincal significance. |
