球囊扩张术治疗食管、贲门癌术后吻合口狭窄106例临床观察

目的评价球囊扩张术治疗食管、贲门癌术后吻合口狭窄的疗效。方法106例吻合口狭窄，治疗二次的21例，治疗三次的38例，治疗四次以上47例，共计329次，所有病例均经口操作，首先从小口径球囊开始逐渐增加球囊直径，循序渐进的进行扩张。结果治疗全部成功，随访6～12个月，饮食情况较治疗前明显改善，所有病人体重较治疗前增加1～5公斤，无并发症出现。结论球囊扩张术是食管、贲门癌术后吻合口狭窄最有效的非手术治疗方法，可明显改善患者的生存质量。

Clinical Observation of Anastomotic Orifice Stenosis by Balloon Ductal Dilatation for Postoperative Esophageal Cardiac Carcinoma in106 Cases

Objective To evaiuate balloon expansion esophagus, after the esophageal cardiac cancer anastomotic orifice stenosis,about its method and the curative effect. Methods anastomotic orifice stenosis 106 patients by balloon expansion technique, 21 patients were treated 2 times,38 patients were treated 3 times ,47 patients were treated 4 times. Result The technique was successful in each ease. No recurrence of symptoms was found on 6 to 12 month follow-up examinations.Conclusion Balloon dilatation is a simple,safe and effective method for treatment of the stricture of esophagogastric anastomosis.
