支气管哮喘发作与血浆内皮素-1和一氧化氮含量的研究

目的 探讨一氧化氮（ＮＯ）和内皮素－１（ＥＴ－１）在支气管哮喘发病中的作用。方法 采用放射免疫法和比色法测定４２例支气管哮喘患者和３０例健康对照者血浆ＥＴ－１和硝酸根离子／亚硝酸根离子（ＮＯ２－／ＮＯ３－）含量。结果 轻度支气管哮喘组：血浆ＮＯ２＾－／ＮＯ３＾－含理明显高于健康对照组；ＥＴ－１含量与健康对照组相比无明显差异。

Study on levels of plasma endothelin-1 and nitric oxide of patients with bronchial asthma in attacked stage

Objective To study the roles of nitric oxide (NO) and endothelin 1(ET 1) in pathogenesis of bronchial asthma.Methods Plasma ET 1 and NO - 2/NO - 3 in 42 patients with bronchial asthma and 30 healthy subjects were measured by radioimmunoassay and colorimetry.Results Group of gentle asthma:the plasma NO - 2/NO - 3 levels in the patients with bronchial asthma were higher than healthy subjects and there was no marked difference of the plasma ET 1 between the patients and healthy people.Group of moderate grade asthma:the plasma NO - 2/NO - 3 and ET 1 levels of the patients with bronchial asthma were higher than healthy people significantly( P <0.05).Group of severe grade asthma:the plasma NO - 2/NO - 3 and ET 1 levels of the patients with bronchial asthma were higher than healthy people very significantly( P <0.01).Conclusion ET 1 and NO played important roles in pathology of bronchial asthma.The plasma levels of ET 1 and NO - 2/NO - 3 were reference marks to judge the status of bronchial asthma.
