| 摘 要： | 从1987年2月至1991年10月对24例诊断明确的椎动脉型颈椎病患者进行了双减压椎间融合术(BIFO)。其方法是在病变侧行横突前弓及钩椎关节骨赘切除,并行病椎椎间盘切除植骨融合。术后经1.5～5.2年随访,除2例恢复较慢外余皆在不同时间内康复,近远期效果满意。认为BIFO术式是既能去除椎动脉受压主要因素,又能稳定椎体,是一种新的有效的手术治疗方法。

| Abstract: | 24 cases of vertebroartery-cervical spondylosis with obvious signs and typical changes on x-Ray. REG. CT. MRI and vertebral bi-arterliography, were treated by bicompression and interbody fusion. Of that include osteo-phytes removed on anterior arch of transverse prosses and Luchka's joint ,diskectomy and vertebral interbody bone grafted. In follow-up period from 1. 5 years to 5. 2 years .the results of all cases but two were good' The authors recognized that this operative procedure could achieved decompression satisfactorily for vertebral artery and spine. stability. |
