轮叶党参醇提水溶部分抗自由基作用研究

摘    要:目的探讨轮叶党参醇提水溶部分体外抗自由基的效果。方法采用分光光度法,进行体外轮叶党参醇提水溶部分抗自由基的实验。结果在单纯加入轮叶党参醇提水溶部分的情况下,轮叶党参醇提水溶部分各浓度组的吸光值没有明显变化,与H2O2组比较,没有统计学差异;加入S9的情况下,发现轮叶党参醇提水溶部分各浓度组的吸光值与H2O2组有统计学差异,并且呈现剂量效应反应,并且在加大H2O2的情况下,轮叶党参醇提水溶部分仍旧能发挥抗自由基作用。结论轮叶党参醇提水溶部分具有较强的抗自由基的作用,该作用是经生物活化后发生的。

Abstract:Objective To study the antagonism effect of the water department of alcohol extract of codnopsis lanceolata against free radical.Methods In vitro research were applied,collect the data:absorbency of varies concentration of the water department of alcohol extract of codnopsis lanceolata without S_9,while the positive control is the H_2O_2 group.Results The water department of alcohol extract has little effect of antagonism effect against free radical without S_9,but it has abetter antagonism effect against free radical with S_9,and it also has a dose-effect correlation.When we inctease the apply of the H_2O_2,it also can provide positive effect against free radical._Conclusion The water department of alcohol extract has a better positive effect against free radical,and the effect s happen must be after the substance be biological transformed.
