摘    要:目的运用反馈控制的调节作用,为病人提供满意的护理技术和服务,保证整体护理的实际效果。方法护理管理者根据病人实际需要,不断修改整体护理质量评价的标准。结果达到从病人实际需求出发,强化了整体护理质量控制的有效性和适宜性,提高了全体护理人员的质量意识,提供病人满意的护理服务和技术。结论要结合病人的实际反馈结果,改进整体护理质量评价方法,才能不断提高服务质量。

Abstract:Objective This paper was to provide patients with satisfied nursing services and techniques using regulative action of feedback control so as to ensure the actual effect of the holistic nursing services. Methods According to concrete needs of patients, the nursing administrators endlessly modified the evaluation criterion of the holistic nursing services. Results To accomplish a purpose of proceeding from actual needs of patients , strengthen the validity and applicability of quality control of the holistic nursing, raise the quality consciousness of the whole nursing staff and provide the patients with satisfied nursing services and techniques. Conclusion In terms of actual feedback information from patients, improvement of the evaluation criterion of quality of holistic nursing services could constantly raise the service quality.
