情感支持对中晚期癌症患者生活质量的影响

目的:探讨癌症患者情感支持干预与生活质量的相关性,为有效提高患者生活质量提供护理干预依据。方法:选取符合标准的研究对象80例随机进行分组,对照组40例给予常规护理,干预组40例在常规护理基础上,通过社会、家庭、医护人员给予患者全方位的情感支持干预。两组患者干预前后分别用生活质量核心问卷对其进行问卷调查。结果:干预前后患者生活质量评分有显著性差异(P0.05),提示患者的生活质量与其得到的情感支持呈正相关。结论:对于癌症患者尽可能全方位地给予情感支持,可以有效提高其生活质量,增强应对能力并以积极的心态面对生活和配合治疗。

Effect of emotional support on quality of life of middle-late cancer patients

Objective：To investigate the correlation of emotinal support interventions and life qualities of the cancer patients and afford nursing evidences for effectivelly improve the quality of life.Methods：80 cases who complying with internalized criterions were randomly divided into two groups.40 cases of the control group received routine care.On the basis of routine care,the intervention group of 40 patients received a full range emotional support interventions through social,family,staff for patients. The quality of life core questionnaire were used for two groups of patients before and after intervention.Results：The grades of the quality of life before and after intervention were significantly different,（P0.05）.It is suggest that the quality of life of patients with emotional support received was a positive correlation.Conclusion：For patients with cancer to give our full range of emotional support as much as possible,can improve their quality of life,enhance response capabilities and a positive attitude to face life and cope with treatment.
