社区健康促进模式降低老年人高脂血症的研究

目的 探讨社区健康促进护理干预模式对老年人高脂血症的降脂效果。方法 采用组群干预试验。通过对深圳市600名社区老年人进行问卷调查和体检，了解健康状况和卫生服务需求。经筛选确定40例高脂血症老年患者为研究对象，并对其进行健康教育和健康指导。结果 通过2年护理干预后，40例老年人掌握卫生知识、自我保健能力、疾病防治等健康教育效果及甘油三酯体检结果与干预前比较，经统计学处理，有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论 以社区为基础的健康促进护理干预模式可以有效改善老年人高脂血症，降低甘油三酯水平，强化冠心病的初级预防。

The Effect of Community Health Improvement Model on Lowering Hyperlipidemia in Elder Patients

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention model in community on elder patients with hyperlipidemia.Methods At first,we investigated 600 elder peoples in Shenzhen by questionnaire about their health and hygiene need and made physical examination,then we chose 40 cases of hyperlipidemia as researched person and made health education or direction on them.Results After 2 years of nursing intervention,these patients had obvious improvement in mastery of hygiene knowledge,ability in self-care, prevention of diseases and blood glycerin (P<0.05).Conclusions Nursing intervention model for health improvement can improve high lipid,lower glycerin and apply for the first protection of coronary heart disease.
