| 摘 要： | 目的探讨微创经皮肾穿刺取石术(MPCNL)治疗肾复发性铸型结石的临床效果。方法对13例(15侧)肾复发性铸型结石患者进行MPCNL。在B超或X线引导下穿刺后中组肾盏建立经皮肾盂通道,行输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术。结果15侧手术均获得成功,一期单通道MPCNL取净结石5侧,二期取净结石9侧,其中2侧为两通道,三期取净结石1侧。随访3～20个月术后无复发。结论MPCNL是治疗肾复发性铸型结石的有效方法。
