| 摘 要： | 神经外科护理工作具有很强的专业性 ,需要专业理论的指导。为了加强神经外科护理队伍的梯队建设 ,运用护理程序这一科学的工作方法 ,对本科不同年资的护理人员进行有针对性的培训 ,目的是提高护理人员专业知识、专业技能 ,提高护理质量。要培养不同层次的护理人员适应医疗、护理的发展 ,就要做到按需制定培训计划 ;培训有目标 ;内容适应医疗、护理发展的需要 ;培训具有科学性

| Abstract: | Neurosurgery nursing has the quality of highly specialization, which needs professional theories and professional technique directions. In order to reinforce the gradual construction of neurosurgery nursing staff, we adopted a scientific method of nursing program to train different grade staff respectively.The purpose is to improve their professional knowledge, techniques and nursing qualities. To achieve the goals,we should pay attention to the following points:setting down the training plans according to need,establishing clear training goals,fit for the need of development of clinical medicine and nursing,training scientifically. |
