口服有机磷农药中毒两种导泻方法的效果比较

目的比较口服有机磷农药中毒患者两种导泻方法的临床效果.方法采用对比试验的方法.实验组34例洗胃后注入活性炭,数分钟后再注入20%甘露醇250ml NS250ml,对照组32例洗胃后注入50%硫酸镁50ml,观察2组导泻的临床效果.结果实验组5h内排便次数明显低于对照组(p＜0.01),住院天数低于对照组(p＜0.01).结论口服有机磷农药中毒患者洗胃后注入活性炭,数分钟后再注入20%甘露醇250ml NS250ml,导泻效果优于洗胃后注入硫酸镁,并能缩短住院天数,减轻患者经济负担,值得推广.

Comparement of two methods of catharsis in cases toxicated with organic phosphorus pesticide

Object To compare the clinic efficacy two methods of catharsisin cases toxicated with organic phosphorus pesticide. Methods All cases were divided into two groups, active carbon were administrated after stomach cleansing in 32 cases, followed by drilling of 20% manitol 250ml plus nomal chloride 250ml , while 50%magnesium sulfate 50ml were used in test group, the clinical result of catharsis were observed. Results The times of catharsis in test group within 5 hours and the duration in hospital are lower than that in control, p<0.01. Conclusion Cathartic efficacy of administration of active carbon after stomach cleansing followed by drilling of 20% manitol 250ml plus nomal chloride 250ml is superior over manitol 250ml only, which can shorten the duration I hospital as well as lowering the cost.
