腹股沟区彩超检查的临床价值

摘    要:目的:明确腹股沟区的超声声像特点。方法:应用菲利普公司的IU22及HDI5000型彩色多谱勒超声诊断仪,探头频率5MHz~12MHz;对60例正常人双侧腹股沟区进行扫查;全程记录腹股沟区的超声图像,同时检查20例腹股沟疝的疝囊与腹壁下动脉的位置关系。结果:腹壁下动脉的血管内径(2.9±0.38)mm,最大血流速度(53±3.6)cm/s,有95%起源于髂外动脉;旋髂深动脉的血管内径(2.4±0.5)mm,最大血流速度(43.5±4.6)cm/s,有81.66%起源于髂外动脉;本文明确了股鞘的超声结构及毗邻关系的声像特点。结论:高频超声是明确腹股沟正常声像结构及鉴别腹股沟区疾病声像的理想的影像学方法。

Abstract:Objective Defining the characteristic of ultrasonic imaging.Methods Recording all the ultrasonic imaging of the inguinal region,examining two sides of the inguinal region of 60 normal cases,as the same time,examing thelocation betweeningninal hernia and the Artery.epigastrica inferior.by HDI 15 000 and IU-22 color Doppler dignosistic equipment,with detector frequency between 5 MHz~12 MHz made by PHILIPS company.Results The Demeter of Artery. epigastrica inferioris (2.9±0.38)mm,the maximum blood flow velocityis (53±3.6)cm/s,95% are origined from artery liaca externa,theDemeter of artery circumflexa ilium is (2.4±0.5)mm,themaximum blood flow velocityis (43.5±4.6)cm/s,81.66% are origined from artery liaca externa,the Adjacent of unit sheathandultrasonic structure are defined by this article.Conclusion High frequency ultrasoundis an ideaimaging method in both defining the normalinguinal region imaging structure andIdentifing the disease of inguinal region.
